It is easy for you to change your password.
If you can not log into your account
- if you have forgotten your password, you can reset the password. Click the Forgot password? on the login page.
- Type the email, and click the button Send.
- Go to your email inbox, here will be an email to reset your password for your Captain BI account.
- Click Reset my password button to reset your password.
If you have logged into your account
- Log into your Captain BI account. And click your profile icon and then click the setting on the drop-down menu.
- Edit your account information by clicking My Account.
- You can click the Change button to change your account information, including the account name, your address, and your email.
- Type your Current Password and New Password and then confirm that.
