- From your Captain BI account, go to Follow Up >Customer List. Note: it is necessary to connect your Amazon store before you use the FBA Inventory.
- You can choose the store you want to manage the inventory.
- Customize the date range you want to check.
- The main metrics are displayed clearly.
- Group your customers by the filter.
- Click the Detail icon to check the customer’s order history.
- Click the Export and Generate Report to download the customer report.
